Yadin Rozov has served as an independent director of Core Scientific since January 23, 2024, and chairs the Compensation Committee. Since September 2025, he has been Chief Executive Officer of Ambac Assurance Corporation and Chief Investment Officer of American Acorn Corporation. He is the founder and managing partner of Terrace Edge Ventures LLC.
From 2019 to 2021, Rozov was a Partner at GoldenTree Asset Management LLC and served as CEO and President of Syncora Guarantee Inc., also serving as CEO of Financial Guaranty UK Ltd. from 2020–2021. From 2009 to 2019, he was a Partner and Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he headed the Financial Institutions Advisory group and served on the Management Committee of Moelis Asset Management. From 2007 to 2009, he was a Managing Director at UBS AG, serving as Head of the Americas for the Repositioning Group. He co-founded College Avenue Student Loans LLC (2014–2019, board service) and Chamonix Partners Capital Management LLC.
Rozov holds an M.Sc. in data science from Columbia University and a bachelor's degree with highest honors in physics and materials engineering from Rutgers University. He currently serves on the boards of Dave Inc. and Oramed Pharmaceuticals Inc., and previously served on the boards of Midwest Holding Inc. and Neo Performance Materials Inc.
