David Rench

David Rench is 46 and currently serves as Chief Administrative Officer of Applied Digital, a position held since October 15, 2024. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer from March 2021 to October 2024.

Before joining Applied Digital, Mr. Rench co-founded Ihiji in 2009, a software startup where he served as Vice President of Finance and Operations from 2010 until the company's acquisition by Control4 in 2017. Following the acquisition, he joined Hirzel Capital, an investment management company, where he served as Chief Financial Officer from 2017 to 2020.

Mr. Rench holds a BBA from the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas, and an MBA from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
