Frank L. Rees serves as Executive Vice President and Technical Director, positions held since September 2002. He co-founded FSTO, the Company's former subsidiary, in 1997 and worked there until joining in September 2002. Rees is the inventor of the Company's SOCRATES and UNICORN technologies. He serves as a director on the Board and is a member of the Executive Committee.
Rees holds advanced degrees across multiple institutions: an M.A. in Mathematics from the University of Maryland, an M.A. in Electronic Engineering from Borough Polytechnic in London, England, and a British B.S.E.E. summa cum laude in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from South East Essex Technical College in Essex, England.
