John R. O'Rourke served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Riot Blockchain, Inc. Effective October 9, 2017, he was appointed President at an annual base salary of $120,000. He assumed the additional role of Chief Executive Officer effective November 3, 2017, with his annual base salary revised to $300,000. Mr. O'Rourke also served as a member of the Company's board of directors from January 6, 2017.
Mr. O'Rourke resigned and was terminated on September 8, 2018, ending his positions as President, Chief Executive Officer, and director.
