Ophir Nave was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Nebius Group in May 2024 and became an executive director in August 2024. Prior to joining Nebius, he was a Lead Partner in the Corporate and M&A Practice at Israeli law firm Arnon, Tadmor-Levy, where he also served on the firm's executive committee.
Nave's legal career includes positions at U.S. law firm Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz and a clerkship for Justice Theodor Or of the Israeli Supreme Court. He has also lectured on corporate finance at Tel Aviv University. His educational background includes a Doctor of Juridical Science from Harvard Law School, an LL.B. from Tel Aviv University, and a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering from the Technion.
