Kerri Langlais has served as Chief Strategy Officer of TeraWulf since February 2021 and joined the Board of Directors in March 2022, where she is responsible for developing and implementing the Company's overall corporate strategy, including business development, strategic partnerships and growth initiatives. She plays a key role in positioning TeraWulf's transition toward a contracted digital infrastructure model supporting high-performance computing and artificial intelligence workloads.

From July 2010 to February 2021, Langlais served as an executive at Beowulf, leading the firm's M&A and financing efforts. Prior to Beowulf, she spent nearly a decade in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs, where she held positions in the Natural Resources advisory group in New York. She also provided advisory services to Harvard University on the university's overall financial strategy and planning.

Langlais holds a B.A. in finance from Boston College, graduating with honors. She brings more than 20 years of M&A, financing, strategy and power sector experience to the Board of Directors.
