James Crawford has served as Chief Operating Officer of Marathon Digital since March 2013. He is a founding member of Kino Interactive, LLC and AudioEye, Inc., and previously served as director and officer of Augme Technologies, Inc. from March 2006 through March 2013, where he assisted with acquisitions that positioned the company as a leading mobile marketing firm in the United States.
Crawford has experience across the full lifecycle of companies from start-up capital through compliance and reporting functions at public entities. He has extensive expertise in public company finance and compliance, and in intellectual property creation, management, and licensing. He also served on the boards of directors of Modavox and Augme Technologies, and founded Kino Digital, Kino Communications, and Kino Interactive as managing member.
Crawford holds a Master in Business from Washington State University.
