Glenn H Hutchins

Glenn H. Hutchins has served as a member of CoreWeave's Board of Directors since February 2025 and as Lead Independent Director since March 2025. He is Chairman of North Island Management, LLC (a family investment office, also known as Tide Mill, LLC) since 2013 and Chairman of North Island Ventures since 2020. He also serves as Vice Chairman and Lead Independent Director of Banco Santander S.A. since October 2023.

Hutchins co-founded Silver Lake in 1999, serving as Co-Chief Executive Officer through 2011 and as Managing Director from 1999 to 2011. He was a Senior Managing Director at The Blackstone Group from 1994 to 1999. His prior board service includes AT&T Inc. (June 2014 to May 2025), Nasdaq Inc. (April 2005 to July 2017), Virtu Financial Inc. (July 2017 to August 2021), Federal Reserve Bank of New York (2011 to 2020), and as Co-Chairman of the Brookings Institution since November 2018.

Hutchins holds an A.B. from Harvard College, an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, and a J.D. from Harvard Law School. At CoreWeave, he chairs the Compensation Committee and serves on the Audit Committee and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
