Erke Huang (age 37) has served as Chief Financial Officer and Director of WhiteFiber since August 8, 2025, following the company's IPO. He has served as Chief Financial Officer and Director of Bit Digital since October 18, 2019, positions he continues to hold. From February 2, 2021 through March 31, 2021, Huang served as Interim Chief Executive Officer of Bit Digital.
Huang founded and served as CEO of Bitotem Investment Management Limited from May 2018, and concurrently co-founded Long Soar Technology Limited (serving as Co-Founder and Advisor from August 2019 to October 2020). He was Investment Manager at Guojin Capital (June 2016–May 2018), Analyst at Zhengshi Capital (August 2015–May 2016), Program Officer at Southwest Jiaotong University (February 2015–August 2015), and Tower Structure Analyst at Crowncastle International (March 2013–November 2014).
Huang earned a bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering from Southwest Jiaotong University (2011) and a master's degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University (2012). He serves as Director of both WhiteFiber and Bit Digital.
