
Christopher Guzowski has served as a Non-Founder Director of IREN since December 2019. He brings over 15 years of international experience in renewable energy project development across Europe and Australia, with particular expertise in developing projects from greenfield to operations.
Guzowski founded Baltic Wind, which developed large-scale wind farm projects in Europe, and Mithra Energy, which has developed wind, solar PV, and battery energy storage projects in Poland since 2012. He served as Project Development Director and commercial development partner at Photon Energy, overseeing a major solar PV project portfolio in Australia. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and has been an active angel and technology startup investor. He was Founding Director of the Australian Digital Currency Commerce Association and co-founder of ABA Technology (2014).
Guzowski holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney and an MBA in Energy Management from Vienna University of Economics and Business. Under the proposed classified board structure, he is designated as a Class I director with an initial term through the 2026 annual general meeting.
