Karen Boone

Karen Boone has served as a director on CoreWeave's Board of Directors since January 2025. She is an independent director and serves on the company's Audit Committee and Compensation Committee.

Ms. Boone most recently served as Interim Co-Chief Executive Officer and Co-President of Peloton Interactive, Inc., an exercise equipment and media company, from May 2024 to January 2025. Prior to that role, she was President and Chief Financial and Administrative Officer of Restoration Hardware, Inc., a home furnishings company, from May 2014 to August 2018, and served as Chief Financial Officer from June 2012 to May 2014.

Ms. Boone spent 16 years at Deloitte & Touche LLP from 1996 to 2012, where she rose to Audit Partner. She earned a B.S. in Business Economics from the University of California, Davis. She currently serves on the boards of Peloton, Sonos, Inc., Rivian Automotive, Inc., and several private companies.
