The filing confirms the December 4, 2024 agreement date and the $1 billion capacity. However, the $1 billion amount comes from the August 22, 2025 prospectus supplement, which replaced an earlier $500 million offering under the same agreement. It was not the original December 2024 amount.

• Under that sales agreement, Hut 8 may offer and sell common stock with an aggregate offering price of up to $1,000,000,000 under the August 22, 2025 prospectus supplement

We could not confirm this from the cited source:

• That the $1,000,000,000 offering amount was set when the agreement was entered on December 4, 2024; the filing says the shares originally registered under the agreement were capped at $500,000,000
