On December 22, 2025, Hut 8 Mining Corp. entered into a fourth amended and restated credit agreement with Coinbase Credit, Inc., increasing the credit facility by $70,000,000 to a total principal amount of up to $200,000,000. The company immediately borrowed the full $70,000,000. The obligations are secured by Bitcoin held by Coinbase Custody with no custodial fees charged.
