In early June 2024, P1 still described Building 4 as on track for June 2024 completion, which restates the plan rather than confirming delivery. P2 reports about 195 MW operating at Lake Mariner by November 2024, but no passage says Building 4 was completed or ties it to that figure. The 'Buildings 4 & 5' (CB-4/CB-5) in the 2026 presentations are later HPC data center buildings, not this 35 MW mining building.
