Nebius objects to tokenized trading of its shares on OKXICE TSV
Company: Nebius
The claim, verbatim
Nebius Group filed an objection to tokenized trading of its shares on OKXICE TSV, the planned onchain stock venue owned by ICE and OKX. Under the SEC's tokenized-securities exemptive order, that objection keeps third-party tokens of Nebius stock off the venue. Nebius appeared on the venue's Nov. 4 notice of objectors, which gave no reasons.
