Company: Core Scientific
The claim, verbatim
TCEQ found that eight Denton emergency generators run in a non-emergency event from April 9 to June 23 emitted 384.13 tons of NOx, 50.10 tons of CO and 2.51 tons of particulate matter, exceeding the site's certified annual limits, and ran well beyond the 100 hours per year allowed. TCEQ also found that no VOC emissions calculations were provided.
