On February 21, 2023, shareholder Brandon Smith filed a derivative complaint on behalf of CleanSpark in Nevada state court (Clark County) against officers and directors Zachary K. Bradford, Lori L. Love, S. Matthew Schultz, Larry McNeill, Thomas L. Wood and Roger P. Beynon. The individual defendants removed the case to the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada on March 23, 2023.
