The date slipped
Corsicana's developed capacity was 400 MW at year-end 2024 and was still 400 MW at year-end 2025. That 400 MW is the Phase I buildout completed in 2024, so the two additional buildings promised for 2025 do not show up. In October 2025 Riot instead described new Corsicana buildings as data-center Core & Shell, with construction starting in Q1 2026.
