Capped call transactions to limit dilution
Company: IREN
The claim, verbatim
IREN expects to enter into privately negotiated capped call transactions with option counterparties covering the ordinary shares initially underlying the notes. These are expected to reduce potential dilution on conversion, subject to a cap price, and will be cash-settled only until shareholder approval for share repurchases is obtained.
