Parties propose consolidating and staying the derivative suits
Company: Hut 8
The claim, verbatim
The plaintiffs and defendants jointly asked the court to take several steps: consolidate the two derivative actions into In re Hut 8 Corp. Stockholder Derivative Litigation (No. 1:24-cv-02995), appoint Lifshitz Law and Portnoy Law as co-lead counsel, and stay the case. The stay would last until the securities class action is dismissed with prejudice (after appeals), the motion to dismiss is denied, or either side gives 10 days' notice. The order is proposed and unsigned, not yet entered by the court.
