CleanSpark bought the Norcross, GA property (5295 Brook Hollow Parkway, about 86,000-87,000 sq ft on about 7 acres) in August 2021 and converted it into its second bitcoin mining facility. The FY2023 10-K describes 20 MW of immersion-cooled capacity in two rooms, housing about 4,300 machines. The most recent filing (10-K filed November 2025) still places miners at the Norcross site, but no newer passage restates its MW, and the October 2026 articles only name the CSRE Properties Norcross subsidiary.
