Amanda Kabak

Amanda Cavaleri has served as Managing Director of Monolithic Tech since September 2019, a global advisory firm serving hedge funds, venture funds, and financial services and mining companies in the Bitcoin ecosystem (successor to Apres Tech). She served as Chief Executive Officer of Digital Reserve Energy from October 2021 to November 2024, a Wyoming-based Bitcoin mining company developing mining sites with stranded energy. She currently serves on the boards of Gannett Trust Company (the first Bitcoin-native trust company) and the Jackson Hole International Film Festival.

Prior roles span emerging technology advisory and fund management. She was managing director of an emerging technology advisory firm from 2013 to 2018, Chief Marketing Officer and Vice President of Business Development at a privacy platform (August 2018–March 2019), and co-founded a structured equity fund management company in 2021 focused on emerging markets. She was an Innovation Fellow with AARP (2016–2017) and a Thought Leader with Carnegie Mellon University & UPMC's Quality of Life Technology Center (2014–2017). In 2021, she co-founded the Bitcoin Today Coalition, a 501(c)(4) entity dedicated to Bitcoin education and advocacy primarily in Washington, DC.

She holds a Master of Science in Technology Commercialization from the University of Texas at Austin's McCombs School of Business and a Bachelor of Science from Regis University. She co-authored Bitcoin and the American Dream: The New Monetary Technology Transcending our Political Divide (2021). Age 37. Cavaleri has been a CleanSpark director since 2022 and serves on the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
