Edward J Farrell

Edward Farrell, 64, has served as Chief Financial Officer of Cipher Mining Inc. since August 2021. From 2003 to 2018, Farrell held several senior positions at AllianceBernstein, L.P., including Controller, Chief Accounting Officer, and Chief Financial Officer.
