Company: Marathon Digital
The claim, verbatim
A complainant (Cheryl Shadden) alleged to the Texas Secretary of State that Hood County Judge Ron Massingill's announced invalidation of the Mitchell Bend incorporation application may have been influenced by a letter he reportedly received from the Nelson-Mullins law firm acting on behalf of MARA Holdings, Inc. The Judge later re-signed the application and the measure stayed on the November 4, 2025 ballot.
