The parties stipulated, and the court approved, that six shareholder derivative actions have been filed on behalf of CleanSpark against Zachary K. Bradford, S. Matthew Schultz and other individual defendants: Ciceri, Perna, Iraci, Atanasoff, Smith and France. The first was filed in May 2021 and four were filed in Nevada state court in early 2023 before being removed to federal court.
