CB-1 20 MW HPC facility completion
Company: TeraWulf
What the later record shows
Delivered late · happened August 15, 2025
In May 2025 the 72.5 MW Core42 capacity was still 'expected to come online throughout 2025', so CB-1 was not done in Q1 2025. An August 13, 2025 release said CB-1 would begin recording revenue in mid-August, and the Q3 10-Q confirms some Core42 leases commenced in 2025.
“supporting up to 72.5 MW of data center infrastructure dedicated to GPU compute workloads. This capacity is expected to come online throughout 2025.”
