The filing confirms the purchase, the seller, the miner count and model, and the share price terms, but it names the buyer as Marathon Patent Group, Inc., not Marathon Digital. The filing also notes that only 1,270,696 of the 2,335,000 shares were deemed issued at closing, with the rest to be issued after shareholder approval.
