The filing confirms the agreement, the Costa Rica exclusivity, and the under-100kWh battery carve-out. It does not tie the exclusive selling right specifically to Energy Storage Systems and Energy Controls Solutions; for those products it describes an exclusive purchasing obligation on the partner.
