Checked on September 23, 2026. The cited source supports part of this claim, but not all of it.
The filing gives 110 TH/s per unit and a 73 PH/s figure. Its own numbers (660 units x 110 TH/s is about 73 PH/s, with the other 1,000 adding 110 PH/s) show that 73 PH/s does not cover all 1,660 miners.
Confirmed in the source:
- The S-19 Pro miners produce 110 TH/s per unit
- The filing states the S-19 Pro purchase will generate 73 PH/s
We could not confirm this from the cited source:
- That all 1,660 S-19 Pro miners together generate 73 PH/s; the filing separately says the remaining 1,000 units add 110 PH/s, so the 73 PH/s figure corresponds to the first 660 units, not the full 1,660
