(NasdaqGS:HUT) on September 3, 2026.The transaction includes Hut 8?s traditional managed cloud services business in Canada, with 10 team members transitioning to Opti9. Hut 8 will retain ownership of its Canadian data centers and continue operating its graphics processing unit (GPU) and high-performance computing (HPC) business. As part of the transaction, Opti9 and Hut 8 have entered into a multi-year colocation agreement under which Opti9 will continue to operate the acquired cloud infrastructure at Hut 8?s Canadian data centers.
