Steven Pincus joined TeraWulf's Board of Directors in November 2021. He served as Executive Vice President at Willis Towers Watson from April 2002 until his retirement in January 2024, most recently heading the firm's Corporate Risk and Broking division and previously serving as Global Head of Broking for the FINEX business until August 2022.
Pincus brings over 40 years of experience in insurance and energy sectors. He began his career at AIG and subsequently held senior roles at Johnson & Higgins and Aon, developing extensive expertise in risk management, financial oversight and operations across the energy and high-tech sectors.
He holds a BSBA in Economics from the University of Arizona and previously served on the board of The Storefront Academy, a tuition-free private school in Harlem, New York.
