Hut 8 Corp. has agreed to a $2.35 million settlement in a class action lawsuit concerning securities purchased between February 2023 and January 2024. The U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York approved the proposed settlement, which requires a court hearing on November 6, 2026, to finalize the deal and approve attorneys' fees. Investors who bought Hut 8 securities during the specified period may be eligible for compensation by submitting a claim by December 5, 2026. Those wishing to exclude themselves or object to the settlement must do so by October 16, 2026.
