the the the debate around the data centers have been expansive. Uh, it's been politically charged um, uh as we come into midterm elections. Uh, and uh it it it remains um, you know, an important component of how this infrastructure gets built and delivered.

But let let's be very clear, right? The demand for uh compute uh will not be altered by uh a jurisdiction saying, you're not allowed to build data centers here.

All that will do is cause the data center to move to a different location. Uh it will cause uh perhaps an increase in cost. Um, but ultimately, the data center will will be built and delivered. Um, because the market signals are for that to happen.

Um, you know, I I think that uh, um, the the in many ways the data centers are the physical manifestation of AI and that comes with a lot of fear, it comes with a lot of unknowns, it comes with a lot of uh uh questions.

And, you know, as uh, we build and deliver more infrastructure that has closed loop uh uh cooling that doesn't use any of the community's water. Uh, as we, uh, you know, kind of uh uh build our data centers with high-quality backup generation that doesn't make a lot of noise.

Um, you know, those type of things will increasingly make people comfortable with it, but you're going through this period of transition. And anytime you're in this period of transition, people are scared, they're worried, they want to know how this is going to impact them, their communities, their children, and those are valid points.

Like we need to be much more effective as an industry in communicating the benefits and being uh early entrance into the communities that we go into so we can explain to them what we're doing and how we're doing it, what steps we're taking to prevent there to be uh a negative impact on the community.

And I think um uh the the uh the the progress is being made, it's slow. Um and uh I'm I'm I'm hopeful that this becomes uh we become more effective at communicating that as more of these data centers come online.
