ECF No. 186. 4 The Parties jointly provide the following update: 5 On January 13, 2026, the U.S. Data Breach Settlement Class filed their Motion for Final Approval 6 of Class Action Settlement [Docket No. 1808], and the Bankruptcy Court heard the Motion on January 20, 7 2026. On January 30, 2026, the Bankruptcy Court entered an Order Granting the Motion for Final Approval 8 of Class Action Settlement and Motion for Attorneys’ Fees, Costs, Expenses, and Service Awards [Docket 9 No. 1875]. The Settlement will proceed under the supervision of Judge Brian Walsh of the United States 10 Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. 11 Pursuant to the Settlement Agreement, the Plaintiffs intend to move to dismiss this Action with 12 prejudice and without costs to any Party [Docket No. 1226 at 60]. As such, the Parties request that the Case 13 Management Conference currently scheduled for April 7, 2026 be taken off calendar at this time.
