Good morning!  I reference to your request that we received yesterday afternoon via FedEx.  All the items that you have requested are available on our County website,  https://www.childresstx.us/ 



The Tax Abatement agreements are located under the Financial Transparency section and Commissioner Court agendas are located under the Public Notices and News section.  However, you will not find

anything in reference to IREN/Iris Energy as their parent company is US IE Hardware and/or IE US Development Holdings.  I have also attached the Commissioner Court Minutes report.
